Last year was a challenge to show art for all artists, online communication and viewing works online means that scale and colour can be compromised. I like to think outside the box and when we are forced to rethink how we market, it’s a good challenge. Despite that I was so pleased with all the effort you took to correspond via email, videos etc and purchase my art. From 20cm to 105cm we managed to arrange sales and collections…..by the 24th December I’m delighted to say that there were happy customers and a very happy artist!
I thought we would definitely be back to art shows in 2021…..now, I’m not so sure so I’ll have to see how we can get around this.
Please let me know if you would like to see more images of still life, figurative or landscapes, I am always open to suggestions. If you want more details on a piece of art I can send a video which gives a much better indication of size and particularly colour. It’s hard to replicate subtlety and depth of colour , particularly on large landscapes. I sell and represent myself and all works are one offs. I am only interested in producing the highest standard I can, not in churning out repeats and so not everything is on the website. For various reasons I want to protect originality and uniqueness ….
If you are near Ballsbridge , hopefully if restrictions allow, art can be collected or viewed at a distance!
